SmartSwitchSave.com is an independent referral partner of Utility Warehouse (UW). We connect customers with UW’s utility services (energy, broadband, mobile, etc.) but do not:
- Handle billing, contracts, or service delivery.
- Process refunds or cancellations directly.
All payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed solely by UW.
2. UW’s Cooling-Off Period
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel UW services within 14 days of signing up without penalty:

4. Post-Cooling-Off Cancellations
